When you decide to book Coconut Palms, call, e-mail, or fax your dates. We must receive a 25% deposit within 7 working days in the form of a personal check, cashiers check, money order, or with a VISA or Mastercard. Your reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

If you need to cancel prior to 45 days of arrival a fee of 30% of the DEPOSIT will be charged, 30 to 44 days prior a fee of 100% of the DEPOSIT will be charged. 8 to 29 days prior to arrival there is a 50% charge of the RENTAL FEE and 7 days or less there is NO refund.
